# Connect your booking calendars (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com)

> Add your listings' iCal links so stays appear on the Host page, stay checks are prefilled and claim deadlines stay accurate.

Connect the calendar of each listing and Claimfrog knows who stayed and when. Upcoming stays appear on the **Host** page ready for a stay check, and the next check-in (which sets your damage-claim deadline) stays current. Claimfrog only reads the calendar: nothing changes on your listing.

## Before you start

The property must be marked as a short-term rental. See [Turn on host mode](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/turn-on-host-mode).

## Get your calendar link

- **Airbnb:** open the listing, go to **Availability**, then **Connect calendars › Connect to another website**, and copy the link.
- **Vrbo:** open the property calendar, choose **Import/Export › Export calendar**, and copy the link.
- **Booking.com:** in the extranet, go to **Rates & Availability › Sync calendars › Export calendar**, and copy the link.
- **A PMS or channel manager:** look for "Export calendar", "iCal" or ".ics" in its calendar settings.

## Connect it

1. In the app, click your profile (top right) and choose **Integrations**. Or click **Connect calendars** on the **Host** page.
2. Under **Booking calendars (iCal)**, find **Connect a calendar**.
3. Pick the platform (it's usually detected from the link), give it an optional **Name** like "Beach House on Airbnb", and paste the **Calendar export link (.ics)**.
4. Click **Connect calendar**. Claimfrog checks the link first and tells you how many stays it found, or why the link didn't work.

Repeat for each listing and platform. A property can have up to 10 calendars.

## After connecting

- Calendars sync every few hours. Click **Sync now** to update immediately.
- Each calendar shows when it last synced and how many stays, unconfirmed stays and blocked dates it found.
- On the **Host** page, **From your calendars** lists upcoming stays, guests in house and stays that checked out in the last 14 days. Click **Start stay check** to begin one with the details filled in.
- If a future reservation disappears from the calendar, it's marked **Cancelled on calendar**.
- Use **Edit** to rename a calendar, or **Disconnect** to remove it. Disconnecting removes the stays read from it; stay checks you already started keep their details.

## Why are Booking.com stays "Unconfirmed"?

Booking.com's calendar export shows booked nights and nights you closed yourself the same way, so Claimfrog can't tell them apart. They're listed as **Unconfirmed**. If the same dates appear as a real stay on another connected calendar, the duplicate is hidden.

## Keep your link private

A calendar link works like a password: anyone with it can see your booked dates. Claimfrog keeps it on our servers and never shows it in full again. If you think a link has leaked, reset it on the platform and connect the new one.

## Troubleshooting

- **"The platform says this calendar no longer exists."** The link was probably reset on the platform. Copy a fresh link and connect it again.
- **"That link isn't a calendar export (.ics)."** You copied the listing's page address. Copy the export link from the calendar settings instead.
- **"This calendar is already connected."** It's already on this property.
- **Sync problem / timeout.** The platform was slow or unreachable. Claimfrog keeps retrying; check back later or click **Sync now**.

## Coming soon

Direct connections with property management systems and channel managers such as Guesty, Hostaway and OwnerRez are on the way. Until then, most of them can export an iCal link you can add here.
