# Create your account

> Sign up for Claimfrog with your email or Google account, pick a plan, and confirm your email address.

You can start on the Free plan and upgrade later. Nothing you add is lost when you change plans.

## Steps

1. Go to [claimfrog.com/signup](https://www.claimfrog.com/signup), or click **Start free** at the top of any page.
2. Choose how to sign up:
   - Click **Continue with Google** to use your Google account, or
   - Enter your **First Name**, **Last Name**, **Email** and a **Password**, then submit the form.
3. If you chose a paid plan on the [pricing page](https://www.claimfrog.com/pricing), you are taken to a secure Stripe checkout to pay. Your account is created first, so if you close the checkout you can finish upgrading later from **Upgrade** in the app.
4. Open the app at [app.claimfrog.com](https://app.claimfrog.com) and log in. The setup wizard starts on your first visit.

## Confirm your email

If you signed up with an email and password, we send you a confirmation email. Until you confirm it, a banner in the app reminds you.

- Click the link in the email, then click **I've confirmed it** on the banner.
- No email? Check your spam folder, then click **Resend email** on the banner.

Confirming matters: you need a confirmed email to email share links to your adjuster, and a property someone shares with you only appears after you confirm.

## Good to know

- Already have an account? Use **Log in** at the top of the website instead of signing up again.
- Signed up with Google? Always log in with **Continue with Google** too.
