Sold a home or stopped renting one out? You can delete the property from Claimfrog. This can't be undone.

## Keep a copy first

[Export a CSV](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/export-to-csv) and download an [inventory report](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/inventory-report) before you delete. If you're moving, you can import the CSV into your new property.

## Steps

1. Select the property and go to **Settings**.
2. Scroll to **Delete property** at the bottom and click **Delete property**.
3. Type the property's name to confirm, then click **Delete permanently**.

## What's deleted

The property and all of its items, photos, receipts, claims, stay checks, booking calendars, share links and activity. People you shared it with lose access and get an email letting them know. Pending invitations are cancelled.

You're then switched to another property, or to the setup wizard if it was your only one.

## Good to know

- Only the owner can delete a property. A collaborator can [leave it](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/roles-and-leaving-a-property) instead.
- Deleting a property doesn't change your plan or billing.
