# Find, search and filter your items

> Search across every detail, group by room or category, sort, and filter to the items that still need a photo, value, receipt or serial number.

The **Items** page is your whole Claimfrog inventory. These tools help you find anything quickly and see what still needs work.

## Search

Type in the search box to search names, brands, models, rooms, categories, serial numbers, notes and tags at once. Accents don't matter: "cafe" finds "café".

## Group by room or category

Use the **Group by** menu:

- **All Items** shows one list.
- **Room** or **Category** shows a tile for each group with its item count, total value and how many items have photos. Click a tile to open it, and **Back to** to return.

## Change the view

Switch between **List view** and **Grid view**. On a phone, items show as compact cards.

## Sort

Use **Sort** to order by **Name**, **Value, high to low**, **Newest** or **Room**.

## Filter by what's missing

The chips under the toolbar show how many items are missing key evidence. Click one to show only those items:

- **Needs attention**
- **Missing photo**
- **Missing value**
- **Missing receipt**
- **Missing serial number**
- **Only AI / store image**

Click **Clear** to show everything again. These filters are the fastest way to raise your [claim-readiness score](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/claim-readiness-score).

## Good to know

- Searches and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view (for example, every item missing a photo).
- Switching to another property resets the search and filters.
- On Premium and Business, you can also filter by [tags](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/tags).
