A Claimfrog inventory report is a complete list of what you own, grouped by room with subtotals. It's what to send your agent at renewal, keep with your important papers, or print for your records.

## Steps

1. Open **Items**. To report on everything, clear any search or filters first. The report covers the items currently listed.
2. Click **More** and choose **Inventory Report**.
3. Choose a format:
   - **Generate Web Report:** an item table with room subtotals and your policy details. Click **Print** to print it or save it as a PDF from your browser, or **Copy Report** to paste it into an email or document.
   - **Download as CSV File:** a spreadsheet of every field. See [Export to CSV](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/export-to-csv).
   - **Download as PDF:** a printable table (Premium and Business).
4. On Premium and Business, tick **Include totals by tag** to add a [tag](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/tags) summary.

## Report or claim package?

- An **inventory report** lists everything you own, for your records or a coverage review.
- A **claim package** covers a specific loss and includes the loss details and photo evidence for each item. If you're filing a claim, [start a claim](https://www.claimfrog.com/help/start-a-claim) instead.

## Tip

To report on one room or category, group or filter the **Items** page first, then create the report.
