What is Claimfrog?
Claimfrog is a home and business inventory app built for the day you file an insurance claim. Here is what it does and who it is for.
Claimfrog keeps a record of everything you own, with the proof an insurance adjuster asks for: original photos, values, receipts and serial numbers. When something goes wrong, it turns that record into a claim package in minutes instead of days.
Who it is for
- Homeowners and renters who want to know they are covered, and be ready if they ever have a fire, flood or break-in.
- Short-term rental hosts who need before-and-after photos of every stay and have to meet Airbnb's 14-day damage deadline.
- Small businesses and landlords who track equipment across locations, need depreciation numbers and want a record of who changed what.
What you can do
- Build your inventory fast. Snap a photo and AI fills in the item's name, brand and category. Capture a whole room from photos or a short video, paste a list, or import a spreadsheet.
- Keep real evidence. Photos you take are stored unaltered and marked as originals. AI illustrations and store images are never used as evidence.
- Know if you are under-insured. Enter your contents coverage and Claimfrog warns you when your belongings reach 80% of it, and again if they go over.
- File a claim. Claim mode walks you through what happened, which items were affected, and builds a claim package PDF you can send to your insurer.
- Share with your adjuster. Send a secure, read-only link that expires on its own.
What Claimfrog is not
Claimfrog is not an insurance company. It does not sell insurance, decide what your policy covers or give insurance advice. Your policy and your insurer decide what is paid. Claimfrog helps you prove what you owned and what it was worth.
Where it works
Claimfrog runs in any modern web browser on your phone, tablet or computer at app.claimfrog.com. There is nothing to install. The app is available in English, French and Spanish, and supports properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and Spain.
