Recent activity and the audit log
See what changed in your inventory and who changed it, from a quick recent feed to a full, filterable audit log for businesses.

On Premium and Business, Claimfrog shows what changed in your inventory, when, and who did it. Business adds a full audit log that also shows where each value came from, which helps if an adjuster asks.
Recent activity (Premium and Business)
Click the Recent activity icon in the header to see your last 10 actions across your properties: items added, values changed, claims started and more, with the time and who did it.
Audit log (Business)
The Activity page in the menu shows the full history of the selected property: who changed what, and when. It's built for teams, landlords and businesses who need accountability.
- Filter by Type, Action, Person, Item and a From / To date range. You can filter by a person or an item, not both at once.
- Value changes show the old and new value and where the new one came from, for example "Replacement value: $1,200 → $950 (AI estimate)".
- Click an item name to see its history, or click History on any item.
- Click Load more to go further back.
- Click Export CSV to download the filtered history (up to the newest 5,000 entries; narrow the dates to export more).
Good to know
- On a shared property, Recent activity shows only your own actions. The audit log shows everyone's.
- Entries recorded before the audit log was introduced aren't included.
