Edit or delete many items at once

When you need to reorganize, Claimfrog lets you select many items and change them in one go instead of editing each one.

Select items

• Tick the box on each item you want.
• Hold Shift and click to select a range.
• Tick the box in the header to select every item on the page, then click Select all matching items to include every item that matches your search and filters, across all pages.

A bar appears with what you can do with the selection. On a phone it stays at the bottom of the screen.

What you can do

• Edit: tick only the fields you want to change: Move to room, Set category or Add tags (tags need Premium). Click Apply.
• Export CSV: download just the selected items.
• Print: print the selected items.
• Start claim: open claim mode with these items already picked.
• Share: create a read-only link for just these items (Premium).
• Delete Selected: permanently delete the items and their photos. This can't be undone.

Good to know

• On a shared property you need the Editor role to edit or delete.
• Before a big delete, consider exporting a CSV as a backup.
