Share a read-only link with your adjuster or agent

A Claimfrog read-only link lets an adjuster or agent see your items, values and original photos in their browser, with no account and no app to install. It's the easiest way to answer "can you send me your inventory?".

Create a link

You can create a link from:

• Claim mode (step 3): Adjuster link shares the items in the claim, with the claim details.
• Items: select items and click Share to share just those.
• Dashboard: Share inventory with agent shares the whole property.

Then:

1. Optionally enter Who is it for? (for example "Jane Smith, State Farm adjuster") so you can tell your links apart.
2. Choose when the Link expires after: 7, 14 or 30 days.
3. Tick Include receipts if you want them to see your receipts.
4. Click Create link.
5. Click Copy link, or enter their email under Email it, add a short note and click Send email. Replies to that email come to you.

What they see

A read-only page with your property, the claim details (if any), every item with its value, serial number and original photos, and receipts if you included them. They can print it or save it as a PDF. AI illustrations and store images are never shown.

Keep track of your links

Under Links for this property you can see each link's views and expiry date, and click Revoke link to turn one off immediately. We email you the first time a link is opened, and two days before it expires.

Good to know

• Only the property owner can create share links.
• You need a confirmed email address to email a link.
• Anyone who has the link can open it until it expires or you revoke it, so send it only to the people who need it.
