Reset your password or confirm your email

Forgot your password

1. Go to app.claimfrog.com and click Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
3. Open the email and choose a new password.

No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the address you signed up with.

Change your password while logged in

1. Click your profile (top right) and choose Profile.
2. Under Password, click Send password reset email and follow the link.

Signed up with Google?

Your account has no Claimfrog password. Always log in with Continue with Google. To change the password, change your Google account's password.

Confirm your email

While your email is unconfirmed, a banner in the app reminds you. Click the link in the confirmation email, then click I've confirmed it on the banner. Click Resend email if you can't find it.

You need a confirmed email to email share links, and to see properties others have shared with you.

Troubleshooting

• "Incorrect email or password." Check for typos, or reset your password.
• "Too many attempts." Wait a few minutes and try again.
